I went to this beer store today Sunday May 2nd, 2021. Corner of Rymal and upper centennial. I arrived at 4:53pm. The doors were already locked. The man employee (he had a scruffy beard) came to the door and was quite rude. He said his computer said it was past 5pm. When me and this other gentleman showed him the time that it was closed early, he was even more rude. This employee interaction with the public is unacceptable. How could he say it was past 5 when we both showed him the time. This other woman employee left early as he let her leave. As a manager please look at the cameras and see this employee lock up early. This is why going to the lcbo is a better experience, we were happy to go across the street and buy our beer there.
