After purchasing our sofa and placing it in our room, we knew it was not going to work out for us. 3 days later, we visited the store and spoke to the manager about our issue. Apparently the policy is- If the crate is not open there is a 7 day return window for full refund. No returns or exchanges if crate is open. No price guarantee if it goes on sale after you purchase which it was marked down approximately $800. No satisfaction allowed!!!!
