Since I started shopping here in 2014, this store has been 5 Stars, until Greg the manager recently left. He was working with us to replace our dishwasher under warranty. After he left, the file was transferred to their interim manager. After waiting on him for several weeks, I just did his job for him and called the warranty company myself and got the replacement credit which I've been asking him for, now he won't contact me to confirm order

This review goes out to Logan, Representing Customer Service. He went out of his way to get an exchange for the recliner I ordered in May. It was too large and too dangerous for her to use. I now will be purchasing the smaller Lanny recliner much more suitable. A big thank you to Logan for his efforts in this regards. Exemplary service from the Brick.
