bought a 75 inch tv on May 21, bought the tv off the floor, but was told it would be deliver with no problem, after spending almost 6 grand I was assure by the sales lady and the guy on the loading dock that it would be delivered with the bed I bought, no luck, bed came no tv, called and was told the truck left without it and told me it would come May 2, never came, never will I shop there again, after being told it would be delivered, not happy

I've had horrible experiences dealing with the Brick. No one picks up the phone and most of the sales guys lie about delivery dates. Would not recommend.

Phone log shows I called the store 27 times in the past three days and no one answers. When you go in, the store is a ghost town, dont tell me you are too busy to answer. Seriously!
