Laughably bad customer service. Was almost looking for a hidden camera as I couldn’t really believe that the employees were as incompetent as they were. Purchased a sofa, paid in full and scheduled delivery. Needless to say it never happened. They left our purchase in the rain and the furniture was ruined. Staff are yelling at one another, rude to customers, and act as if they’d rather have their teeth pulled than work at the shop. Waste of time

It was one of my worst shopping experiences. I made the purchase in November and the seller confirmed on January 5 to send all my orders. Yesterday, when I called Customer Service to confirm the delivery time of my orders, I was informed that unfortunately most of my orders are not in stock, and Customer Service says that some of my orders will be available in May. It's stupid that I paid the full amount of the vacuum I was supposed to receive in May.
