I experienced excellent customer service on November 20, 2021. I had purchased 4 Energizer lithium 1632 batteries on my Visa for my Tile Square locators in mid October. The batteries died almost immediately after installation. Although a month later I had the packaging but no receipt, Christene was able to find and print the receipt in the system. First class service, warm and professional she should be commended. Future management material?

Service has gone way down at this store, very few cashiers open, no express or self checkout, long lineups. I’ve left my items and went somewhere else several times now. I’m never coming back again, you shouldn’t either.
