This is the worst Walmart in the Lower Mainland. I had 4 items that were clearly marked on sale but rang up as full price. One I didn’t catch! Customer service is non-existent. Ugh such a crappy store.

BEWARE: Cashier asked if I wanted a card to earn points- I said sure. He asked for ID so I gave it to him and next thing I know, he gives me a receipt. After staring at it confused, I saw he signed me up for a MASTERCARD without ever asking for permission, saying Mastercard, credit card or ANYTHING to indicate that it was anything other than a "card to earn points". Store couldn't do anything to reverse this and I've spent 4 hours getting the card cancelled. Their customer service line hasn't been any help either, just pointing their finger at other customer service lines. You're better shopping somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Major Health Risk..they don't wipe down the self checkouts in any way shape or form. The store checkout area is filthy. Health and Safety Please Shut this Store. To the shoppers, do you want to put your health at risk? Walmart obviously don't care about their customers health. If they did, they would keep the shopping area sanitised. The SHOPPING baskets or carts are NOT sanitised, cash register area and self checkout are is NOT sanitised!! To cap it, the shop staff are rude, don't speak English well, supervisors have no customer skills.

Completed an online order. Chose to have delivery to my nearest store. They were clearly not ready for the online world. The associate had a hard time finding my order. After more than an hour waiting they found most of my order. Been struggling to get a refund for the missing item.

December 8 western union always offline they don't check first, customer service so lazy , manager on duty is not helpful, he does not listen first. So rude one of worst Walmart in BC.
