They gave me a scratch off coupon last time I went there for lunch. I scratched it and it revealed that I had a free breakfast sandwich. Nowhere on the coupon does it say a purchase is necessary but they wouldn't honor it unless I made a purchase. Don't pass out coupons if you won't honor them. Also their soup is either always cold or never ready. Ive seen them handle money with their gloves on and then go and make a sandwich with the same gloves. When theres a lineup of people theres always one person serving and everyone else standing around in the back. Poor customer service and ill never go back.
