Do not buy Adult bikes from Canadian tire | by  on May 06, 2021

They’re cheap, poorly built and break multiple times.. even after getting replacement bikes. I spent 500 bucks on a bike and it has broken twice, the crank both times.. I’m average built weight 180lbs and am not doing anything special with the bike.. and they won’t give me money back but constantly just offer to fix it.. which they can’t get parts for.. they put brakes on backwards. I’m to the point of dropping the bike off at the store and just leaving it there and parting with 500 bucks.. management won’t help and neither will the general manager. I don’t even know what to do, it feels like theft.

JAKE JAKE JAKE | by  on Mar 04, 2021

I recently visited Canadian tire Leamington while on my way home from improv class in London. Wow. Jake the cashier is amazing. I live in belle river and only shop at Canadian tire Leamington now in hopes to see Jake. Who knew buying fishing lures could be so sexy

They don't cover nose | by  on Feb 27, 2021

I came to pick up 2 tires and saw multiple employees without their noses covered. But they will literally choke out customers who do not do the same. This place needs to be shut down.

Brandon Manitoba Can tire not a fan | by  on Jan 13, 2021

$25 order minimum to get ANYTHING curb side pick up? Ridiculous and stupid. So when buying a $10 item curbside, they won't let you. Unless you spend $25. I'd rather order from anywhere else then Brandon, Manitoba Canadian Tire because of this.

SIX Stars If I Could | by  on Dec 17, 2020

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I didn't know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager, Mounir, and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Former Customer | by  on May 08, 2020

There are so many other GOOD retailers to go with, especially when everything is shop from home these days. Don't be fooled by their prices, or inventory levels online or the false sense of being "Canadian" they try to portray. It's all bogus! As per the image, Canadian Tire cancels orders for no reason, doesn't accurately show stock levels and has 14 year old's running their retail operations. Maybe get the adults to come back to work so your company can actually function you poor excuse for a Canadian business. Whoa Ryan, you may say, calm down, just contact their customer service department. Well when I contacted the customer service about my issue, they have set it up now so that you can't talk to anyone, you can't leave a message, leave a call back number, leave a complaint, or anything. Reason -> COVID, WTF? That is CT's customer service at it's finest. Ever heard the phrase #CrappyTire? Way to live up to your reputation #CanadianTire by consistently being the worst retailer in this country!! You should be embarrassed and ashamed of your business operations.

worst car service. | by  on Feb 25, 2019

i go to two Canadian Tire garages today to seek help in my tire flat. l have to wait 1.5 to 2.0 hours to have a mechanic look at my car today. Why do l have to wait so long for someone to check my tire puncture. l remember back in the day their was a tire guy in Canadian tire dedicated to working on tires only. The one Canadian Tire doesn't have a waiting room!!!! wtf??

please train your cashier | by  on Mar 10, 2018

I returned something at canadian tire today at 15:14:45 on King Edward and Lougheed BC. Operator 60805. There was a big sign that says return pointing close to the cashier no.1 which is her and a guy said she will help me, but she just ignored me, and she said I have to line up to the end of the line where everyone lines up, and when my turn came I told her that there was a sign that said line up there and she said she didn't put it there, so why doesn't she ask her supervisor what does that mean because I don't work there and 3 people were confused by that sign not just me, but she is so unprofessional and doesn't even have customer service attitude to say, she didn't put it there. GO TRAIN YOUR STAFF NOT TO SAY THAT SHE'S NOT THE ONE WHO PUT IT THERE, bec. that is so stupid of her to say that, I don't work there but I follow the sign to line up there for return, she should be a good person to be in front of your store as a cashier, she should be hidden inside and not dealing with customer at all.
