Tamara at Sport Chek went above and beyond today to help us find an arm band to help cover a CGM during sports. Her service, and the help of another young man who worked there, was kind, caring and attentive. We left feeling thankful & truly cared for. This went beyond Outstanding customer service and straight to genuine kindness. Thank you!

I have never been more disgusted with staff at a store in my life. Would not help when asked, rude and then accused me of an action which was completely unfounded, untrue and potentially damaging. Turned a wonderful day of a dad and daughter shopping into a near nightmare. I will never step foot into this location again and I would warn anyone else to do the same. Stay away from Sportchek Penticton.

Worst experience ever. One person went to look for a pair of hikers, gone 20 minutes and never came back. Flagged someonecelse down and showed him style and size. He brought out the wrong size and style and walked away to help someone else. Spotchek needs to hire mature associates or train the ones they have in customer service

Don’t buy electronics here. I purchased an expensive Garmin Watch. It was a mistake. You cannot return it once you leave the store even if you get to the car and try it and it doesn’t function. They will tell you to contact Garmin. “Not our problem!”. If you go to Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon.ca? They don’t even question why. Sportchek doesn’t even consider your concern. Not even an apology. As if you didn’t just buy an expensive item in their store. Wow.
