Absolutely terrible service. I cried in store. I had called a few days prior in order to renew a prescription. It was confirmed that the prescription would be ready at a certain date and time. When I went to pick up my prescription, I was told that a fax was sent to my Dr's office. Turns out they sent the fax to the WRONG DOCTOR. I'm sure this is some type of breach of an ethical code or health care provider-patient confidentiality. When I asked the Pharmacist on staff (Michelle the owner), I was rudely told to move aside and that I will have to wait for my doctor to get the form by fax. No explanation and the only solution was for me to pay out of pocket. I could not afford the price and will be waiting over a week for a prescription because of an error on their end.
