For the past 8 months the service is getting worst and worst. 80% of the time they give the wrong prescription. NO HOPE. They always have one person only working answering phones helping at drop off and pick up.If you ask them a question they just point the aisle where you can find the medicine We are not doctors we go to the pharmacy to get help by a pharmacist each aisle had 100 kind of medicine.Like come on we ask you for a reason. disgusting

Exceptional service - the pharmacy is so knowledgeable and helpful - both the assistants and pharmacists are very considerate with professional personal service!

The 2 older cashiers are rude and miserable every time I have shopped there. if and when they do speak to you they make me feel uncomfortable, they treat you as if you are an idiot and an inconvenience when I am cashing out. They certainly need retraining on customer service and reminded that a smile doesn't cost anything

I always enjoy my experience at Shoppers I am a regular shopper and am greeted as more then just a number. Love the two or thee item for $5 sales. All in all a good place to shop.

On our way to Jasper from Edmonton, we were half an hour from Hinton when we realized my daughter forgot her medication. We phoned to the Hinton store and by the time we got there, the file had been transferred from Edmonton and the prescription was ready in bubble packs! The pharmacist was professional, efficient and arranged a contact in Jasper for the one medication she didn’t have. Two quick stops and we could enjoy our little holiday. Otherwise we would have had to drive back to Edmonton! Thank you!

I was in shoppers drug Mart today, at Danforth and Victoria Park. I noticed the Katy Perry Lips sticks were on sale, for 6.99, but when I got to the cashier it came up a 11.99 which was regular price. So I took it to the manage of cosmetics, to my surprise she told me any one could change the price, and she wouldn't honour the price posted. I was so surprised, every where I go to shop, honour the price and then remove the incorrect price. I complained to head office, Kirk on customer service. He was no help what so ever. He said he'd call the store and get Denise to honour the price. So I went back to the store to get the lips stick. She just ignored me. Worst customer service ever. I will not me going back to that store ever.
