My appointment was @9:40am. Arrived @9:35am. After Covid screening, I was at reception. Staff was nice and courteous. After reception work, I have been asked to sit in waiting room and someone will call me. After 10 minutes waiting, my blood work and other test done in 10 minutes. The staff was so nice and helpful that I didn’t feel like I am waiting in hospital or lab. Everything was nicely cleaned and managed. Thanks staff
