I have been to this location twice and have been impressed with the great customer service I have received. I needed to replace the protection on my watch and it was done under the warranty policy I was to,d about when I got my first cover. I also had an iPhone 11 protective cover installed all done in about 20 minutes. Well done

I got a new phone, Motorola G power. This morning I stopped at Market mall to put a protection film on my phone screen. The guy who was looking after me checked his computer to tell me the price for this service and told that waiting time is going to be 35 min. I said it's ok, I can wait. In 35+ min I came back and was told that I need to wait 6 more min for work to be finished! I was not happy about it but I said ok, I can wait 6 more min. After 6 min I got back to the stand and saw the guy looking for the proper cover to START working on my phone. But the biggest surprise was when the guy told me that he is sorry but they don't have the proper cover for my phone! I could not believe it!!! What a service !!! I spent almost an hour and then for me to be told he can not do the service. Something he could have told me right away. After that poor service I will never go back there.

They offered life time warranty, at first claim attendant said I have to pay full price again, he was rude and lack of customer service skills, He failed to fully explain why no coverage.
