I usually visit to this nail salon .But this time it was worst experience .I was confused between two nail Colors usually they let you try so you can decide .This time lady was so rude She bought both nail paint and said open it and look by yourself which color you want and she left.She was busy on phone .She did not even fill the corners properly .Not shaped nicely .They are not following COVID procedure .She did not sanitized the chair or table as I saw another client was sitting there before .This is worst experience now I will find another place .

Really awful service! The lady I had was incredibly rude. She kept making loud rude comments saying my hands were "wet" because they were sweating underneath the heated dryer. I accidentally bumped one of my nails and dented the polish a little and she lost her mind and wouldn't let it go. I apologised and told her it was fine and she responded "it's not fine!" She still charged me more to fix it so I'm not sure why it was such a big deal. She rushed my nails and in the end they looked OK. I don't recommend anyone coming here.

I TOOK MY GRAND-DAUGHTER AND MYSELF TO STUDIO NAILS IN MILLWOODS TOWN CENTRE ON OCT.18, 2017. THIS SALON PISSED ME OFF TO NO END. WE WERE QUOTED PRICES OF $40.00 FOR MY GRAND-DAUGHTER'S NAILS AND $60.00 FOR MINE. THEN, ONCE THEY HAVE YOU IN THE CHAIR AND YOUR NAILS ARE BEING PREPPED, ALL OF A SUDDEN I WAS TOLD MY NAILS WOULD BE $70.00. HOW CAN A PERSON WALK OUT WHEN THEY HAVE TAKEN AN ELECTRIC FILE TO THE TOPS OF YOUR NAILS AND CUT YOUR REGULAR NAILS JAGGED. THE NAILS CAN'T BE LEFT LIKE THAT. I HAD NO IDEA THEY DID THEY SAME THING TO MY GRAND-DAUGHTER AND THEN TOLD HER HER NAILS WOULD BE MORE. I RAISED A COMPLAINT HOWEVER IT WASN'T DEALT WITH IN A PROFFESIONAL, I PAID THE AMOUNT THEY NOW REQUESTED AND WAS TOLD BY THE NAIL TECH WHO DID MY GRAND-DAUGHTER'S NAILS TO GET OUT AND NOT COME BACK. THIS CHICKEY IS BLOODY LUCKY I DIDN'T LAY HER OUT ON THE SPOT. HOW RUDE AND UNBECOMING OF A PROFESSIONAL OR SO CALLED PROFFESIONAL THEY DON'T AND WON'T SPEAK ENGLISH WITH YOU, IT'S AT A VERY MINAMUL AMOUNT OF ENGLISH WHICH CAN BARELY BE UNDERSTOOD. THIS SALON JUST LOST A REPEAT CUSTOMER OF EVERY TWO WEEKS. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON TO ANYONE. ANYONE WHO DOES GO THERE, EXPECT A PISS POOR JOB AND DISRESPECT AND DISCRIMINATION WHEN YOU WALK INTO STUDIO NAILS IN MILLWOODS TOWNE CENTRE.
