Went there to purchase some shoes Once at the cash I ask the cashier if she could clean up the bottom of the shoes because was dirty from people trying it out The cashier refused to clean up the boots and told me that I should clean it my self and passed me some paper towel , the only reason I cleaned it up is because is really hard to find my size of shoes so I did cleaned it , What really has happened to customers service ?

This job is more of a customer service, should greet your customer with a pleasant smile, you shouldn’t put an associate who has a long day at work and grumpy. Everyone has a bad day but being rude to the customer is one thing. You’re in a wrong industry! Lady with the eye glasses, short hair please be nice to your customers you’ll never one day you’ll end up with a rude customer. Always wear your smile it makes a huge difference!!

I always come to this store with a friendly staff who always greeted us nicely at the door and has a huge smile on their face,but today a lady who is at the entrance door was sooo rude.i forgot my mask in the car &it’s pouring outside for me to go back &grab it.I asked for one &she told me that I should bring my own & said that the mask are for their staff only. I even offer to pay for one.we came from Winners Londonderry and rush to go here to

Will not step foot into this store again. Cashier accused a paying customer that she and all customers that come into the store steal. The purchase I bought the day before I returned the two items for $13. Being a former ASM of a big box store we treat all customers with respect.
