Paid $100 for a dress to wear to dinner on new years. Dress had sparkles all over it, and I would expect that a few of the sparkles might come off here and there. But after wearing it for 5 hours, there was a huge spot on the back of the dress at the top, where every single sparkle had fallen off so it was completely bald in that spot. Obviously it was defective, but the manager refused to give me a refund and was rude and condescending.
