The store sucks along with the attitude from staff I'm very discusseted with them won't even take my things yet I have to give them business on top of it it's not at all right

If I were a store in tough economic times I would be pleased to walk across to Shoppers to mail a parcel at the customer's expense especially a purchase of over $100. Instead this store would not take payment from an out of town customer and was not interested in shipping order. What planet do you live in?
