Bad experience today but that's a first. Had to wait 20 minutes once seated in cubicle for a Tech who was rude and unfriendly. Her jab in the arm was painless though so that's good.

Walked in at 8 a.m. to get blood work done. Positive interaction with front desk person. Technician was very efficient and I was there for no more than 5 minutes. I will not hesitate to go back when more work needed.
