I had the opportunity to meet these two great people a few days ago when I purchased a new Bell wifi hub at the Cranbrook store. I had been dealing with several bell customer service reps by phone over the past month...all with no satisfaction. I spent over an hour with Madison and Lairen getting set up with my new hub....I am very pleased with it and I want to heartily commend Madison and Lairen for their excellent customer service!!
