I have been there for a few years and it is ok if you have very simple tax. Just a T4 and bank T5 or so. When I call, I get voice mail and never had a call returned. Same for emails. Poor communication. Will never go back again. I was also given incorrect information which could have provided further deduction and now I have thrown all my receipts.. Andrew thinks he knows it all but not true. I had to call Revenue Canada re: some issues and they were surprised the accountant did not know what to do.
