Will cost me THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE to fix what they did. I just bought a brand new 2018 4Runner and thought I'd treat it right and have professionals do it's first clean, boy was I wrong to bring it here. I selected the 'Silver Package' for wash, tire clean, and wax, what I got back was a completely a scratched vehicle, it's less than 1 week old and they've completed butchered the paint. It looks like someone tried to wipe the car with sandpaper. Having brought this to the manager's attention, he insisted in the 'customer is always wrong' approach to conflict resolution and simply wouldn't listen to the fact that there's no way my brand new 4Runner came with the scratches. If anyone has ever owned a brand new vehicle, it's assumed you check it for scratches and admire it every day, the warm fuzzy feelings aren't gone yet, well Max & Shine Detail have successfully destroyed all of it for me. I also tried to point out to the manager the radial motions of the scratches are clear indicators they're not from normal wear & tear nor from it being keyed purposefully. I wish an ICBC damage assessor could weight in... I'm absolutely livid and have no other option right now but to pursue civil action. I urge people to look elsewhere for detail work or be left feeling helpless, I thought $50 + $4 prepaid tip would ensure my vehicle would be well cared for, apparently, it buys thousands in paint damage.
