I was asking customer i i was for 11 years.spent $6500 for my hearing aids. Went for a test and told it would cost me $4000 to replace them I went on their website and was told if I want cheap hearing aids I should go to Costco I am 76 years old and you would think that you would get better customer service. This is just BS just a money grab. Minus 1 for customer service
