My experience at the Rogers store was unfortunately very negative. The customer service professional I interacted with was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be taken seriously and addressed, as this level of service does not reflect well on the company.
