Never have I met such pushy and aggressive sales people. I was approached literally on the other side of the aisle from the store and offered some free product but the salesperson of course had me follow them into the store. Before I knew it he was rubbing some cream on my inner arm and telling me all the grainy substance coming off was all dead skin. Next a cream was applied to my face which temporarily tightened it. As this was all happening I kept telling this salesperson that the products are way above my budget and I am a senior on a fixed income and I have my tried and true skin products that work for me for a fraction of the cost. I wasn't heard at all the products and the prices kept being thrown at me till my head was spinning. I was keeping my stand that I couldn't afford it but the next thing I know I was passed over to another sales person who was even more pushy and aggressive. I really felt like a prisoner with no way out. Just to get the hell out of there I ended up purchasing an overpriced nail kit. Later I stopped off at the washroom and when I looked in the mirror I had white cakey product dried on my face. How embarrassing I had walked through the mall looking like this!!!. Obviously the product should of been wiped off by them or it is garbage and glad I didn't pay hundreds of dollars for such an inferior product. I sometimes shop at Old Navy which is situated almost directly across and I have made every point to walk outside the mall then walk past these parasitic sales people. Avoid this store their products are overpriced and not worth the stress of trying to convince them that you can't and won't pay such outrageous prices.

Bad customer service. You never find the same person who helped you out the first time. So if you have any concerns they say that person does work there anymore hence you are screwed. Horrible customer service. Don’t go there it’s a scam
