Last year I shopped at your new store and was entirely happy. With both Staff and product. I was looking forward to buying some of my presents from you this year. I am not out much this year due to health so looking for a 4 D Chef Professors Maxwells kit .Their web site directed me to Costco or Mastermind Toys for Canada. Unable to find any thing on your website I called the phone number supplied and only got The Dartmouth Crossing phone bank and was not given any way to get through to your store to see if you have one so someone could pick it up for me. You may be able to fix this. I am going to rate you by last years experience and hopefully I will be able to shop there again.
