I came in with my friend late Thursday morning to the Freedom mobile Kiosk in the mapleview mall, and was very pleasantly surprised how friendly and helpful the worker Christine was there, much better service than Burlington mall. She answered any questions we had, did everything to help me be satisfied with the phone I was buying, and we had a few good laughs. Highly recommend!

Michelle is an excellent employee! My cell phone had a hardware problem when I tired to charge the power yesterday. I was very upset because I didn't back up my photos and contacts. This morning, I decided to visit the Freedom Mobile in Mapleview Center. Michelle helped me to choose the best option in my current plan. Also, she spent her time to transfer my photos and contacts to new phone while my old phone was almost dying. I'm satisfied about her service! Thanks for your help, Michelle!
