I was blown away with how fantastic the Cambridge Centre Pandora store was with me! The customer service was awesome- I really felt like the associate spent time with me and I have never received that level of care at any other Pandora store. Will definitely be doing all my Pandora purchases at this mall going forward.

I purchased a ring for my spouse as a gift for her birthday. Pandora wasn't my top pick of jewellery stores to buy from, but she likes Pandora so I wanted to make her happy. Before buying the ring I had explained to the sales women it was going to be a gift and if it doesn't fit, can I exchange it for another size. The women explained to me I have 30 days for return or exchange.The other thing I mentioned was warranty as I had seen the reviews on their official website for the ring. There were reviews complaining of jewels falling out and turning green. I had to least ask about the warranty to cover my end. The women explained the warranty will cover only manufacturer defects. I told asked if a jewel falls out that would that be manufacture defect? she assured me it would be covered. My spouse loved the ring but it was to big for her. We both went to the store to exchange it. The women at the desk asked us if we needed help finding something, I explained no, im looking to exchange this ring for a smaller size. She said no problem. She looked at the ring and walked over to the cabinet where they had more of the same ring.She brought over a couple sizes for my spouse to try on, while we were deciding which size was best, the women said to us, on the other hand she wont be able to exchange it, She said there was a scratch on the ring. I looked at the ring closely and could not pick out one scratch anywhere. The women was firm with not doing anything more for us. I was infuriated and demand something be done as I was told this would not be an issue. The women gave the phone number to their head office. I called immediately to get this resolved. The head office said they will talk the store manager and see what they can do. Also, they explained they will cover it if the store decides not to do anything. The manager wasn't in this day and it was late in the day so the issue would have to wait till Monday. I received no phone calls from head office on Monday, Tuesday I decide to call them back and get an update. I asked for Eddie, the man I was dealing with, but could not reach him. Wednesday I called them and again Eddie was not in. Instead, I was speaking to Lauren and she had no notes or info of what has happen up to this point. I filled her in and she took some notes. She said she will email the manager and get this resolved. She also explained if the manager doesn't response, she could send a prepaid shipping label to me so I can send the ring in for exchange. I asked how long will this take if we go this route. She explained it could take 20 business days. I told her that is way too long and I rather have this resolved asap in store if possible. Later that day I receive an email from the store manager. She goes to say that her assistant manager informed her of the reason why they can't exchange it and there is nothing she can do. She then goes to say "On the bright side I do understand that customer affairs has offered to replace the used one no problem which is great news!". I was insulted by her email and her lack of commitment to further investigate the issue. Up to this point she has never see the ring herself and isn't willing to do anything more then the email she just sent me. Unfortunately, after all this, upon looking into Google reviews of this store, it is obvious I'm not the only one that has fallen victim to this malpractice. My spouse, family and I are all in agreement, Pandora is not a company we will ever buy from again. I implore you to do the same and save yourself the grief of dealing with the same issues I and many others have faced coming from Cambridge Centre Pandora.

This store is not very customer friendly unless your buying something. I had purchased a Christmas present at another store, before Christmas I wanted to exchange the gift because I know my sister would prefer a different ring. They only have a 30 day return policy which is fine I wasn't looking to return only exchange it. They wouldn't do it for me but said I could go back to the original store and perhaps they could do it. I am very upset that instead of making me happy and feel good about my experience at that store. I have awful feelings about my experience and there brand. Shame on you, you are a representative of a strong brand but with your customer service it won't stay a string brand.
