Avoid this shop and its employees | by  on May 01, 2023

Offensive store that seeks to make you feel bad about yourself by reducing your opinion of your own beauty. Makes up imaginary problems with your skin and body that can only be solved by their $$$$ ointments. Do not take their free samples or they will forcibly pull you into the store. This town doesn't need trash stores like this. No service provided. A waste of space. If you work here, you should quit immediately.

An awful experience | by  on Sep 10, 2022

This was the worst experience I've had shopping. Shopping is supposed to be fun where you choose what you buy, but there was no choice here. They were VERY forceful. They kept forcing their products onto me while I was clearly uncomfortable and wanting to leave the store. I told the lady I had to think about it. She was like, 'What's there to think about?' Excuse me? Unbelievable behaviour. Avoid this shop at all costs!!!

Disgusting Place | by  on Apr 27, 2022

They forced me in (I’m too nice to literally ignore someone accosting me). The sales guy asked if I was married or happy - gross and unprofessional. I said no to his product four times and he continued to waste my time (again I’m too nice to walk away). I finally said “I am literally spending $0 here, bye.” It left me feeling cringey and irritated. I hate this store.

The Disrespect Was Too Much! | by  on Apr 05, 2022

I tried to avoid the sales person as I was on my way to an appointment. Firstly, he was asking me in a rude manner if I wash my face with anything or if I use moisturizer. I told him I had an appointment but he gave me a look as if he didn't believe me and said, "an appointment...in the mall?" He then proceeded to ask me to show him the appointment letter so that I can come back to the store after my appointment? Needless to say I was shocked.

Literally Shocked and stunned at how bad my experience was | by  on Nov 23, 2021

Holy crap where do I start, I go in for a facial and the whole time the lady is trying to upsell a $6000 product, literally said no about 20 times. Kept pushing. Most stressful facial of life. Never going here again. I’m literally so stressed out after that experience

Really irritating salespeople | by  on Aug 16, 2021

To be honest I've never actually gone into this store, but every single time you walk by there's a good chance a pushy, irritating salesperson will try to trap you into buying their crap. I walked by with headphones on, deliberately looking away, and the guy walked out of the store and waved his sample in my face the entire time I was walking by. If they were selling anything but garbage, they wouldn't have to try so hard. Avoid.

Saying “No” is not an Option | by  on Apr 05, 2021

If a sales rep from this store approaches you, honestly RUN in any direction, as far away as possible. The sales man that was dealing with me would not take “no” for an answer. Stupid me, I ended up being pressured into spending $395 on a face corrector thing, whatever is it, and just felt complete guilt; totally my fault. After explaining to me what this miraculous face cream does, and then asked twice “ So how will you be paying, debit or credit? “ I didn’t even know what the hell to say... After purchasing this cream, he tried to sell me a $2,400 dollar heat therapy device. I’m like, listen, I cannot afford this - I have responsibilities that are way more important than a hand held heater. Then he went on saying that I can make monthly payments, and he’ll give me free spa facials - no matter how many times I said no, I cannot, he would keep offering more stuff for free on top of the free deals previously offered so that I would buy this futuristic looking body thermos. I was there for 30 minutes, and said “no” I kid you not, 40 times. I just wish I stood my ground... Anyway, do yourself and your wallet a favour and walk on the opposite side of where this store is located; your sanity and your bank account will be grateful you did.

They took advantage of me | by  on Nov 24, 2020

I was pressured into spending $113. The man told me he'd give me a $90 cream for free (turns out it's $30 on Amazon) if I bought what was supposedly a peel that was regularly $200 but 50% off, but I can't find anything about it online so I don't doubt I was way overcharged. I told him I was a student and didn't have any money, but he continued to push me. I ended up buying the product just to get out, and left feeling humiliated. Obviously they don't allow for returns. $113 I will never get back. Save your money and you pride, and stay away from this store.

Pushy sales people | by  on Nov 17, 2020

Worst experience shopping.I felt pushed to get a 100 dollar cream which at the time I wasn’t aware I couldn’t return went back the following day to get a refund because I felt forced to buy at the time even after saying no multiple times. He told me he couldn’t give me my money back and even tried selling me a hair straightener and to make things worst he kept calling me his love to try to smooth talk or something. Complete scam and manipulative would not recommend

Don’t get lured in | by  on Nov 03, 2020

Very pushy sales people trying to lure you in while you’re shopping. Promising quick results but wanting you to spend hundreds of dollars. The creams are very oily & have a strong perfume smell to them. They try to get you to buy products for a 1 time deal. It’s crap & high pressure sales tactics. Don’t go in - run by these people. No refunds & a complete scam. I give them 0 stars

Awful store | by  on Jul 14, 2020

They sell product saying that i could return within 30 days and when i bring back the product without even opening the cap, they say they don't have return policy. They offer me store credit??? Awful store, disappointing business cheating people to sell unproven products.
