Loved a pair of sale boots but store didn’t have my size. Associate said “no problem, I’ll order them now and have the shipped to your he wishing 3-5 days!”. The following day FedEx delivered them to my door. No additional charge AND I love them. The store associate was amazing. Her easy going nature, professionalism and knowledge of the product, was so refreshing. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!
