Pushy sales boys. Loved the smell of the soaps. Wanted to buy the scrub and she's cream and a few soaps. Sales boy was very pushy and wanted me to buy face products that I didn't want or need that were in the very high hundreds. The price of soaps nearly doubled when I said I didn't want to purchase everything. 20$ for a bar of glycerin soap? I don't think so. In between the sales attempt, the sales boy sent in and out of the door at the back with his supposed boss appearing at one point then disappearing again. The whole experience came across as shady. I had become turned off and left. None of the products have prices listed on or near them. They have big jars of fake bath salts on the table when they could make better use of that space. This other time, a sales boy tried to sell me an eye wrinkle night cream for 600$ and was surprised I didn't want to spend that kind of money. I just think they could be better in their sales tactics. High pressure sales don't ingrate potential clients. There seems to be more going on in that store than meets the eye. I'm glad I listened to my gut feeling and got out of there quickly. The revolving door thing too was very unsettling. It left me wondering what they were saying about me in their foreign language. I ll be very surprised if that store remains open for much longer as it s usually empty everytime I walk by it. It s too bad as their glycerin soaps are quite nice. I was excited to buy some and had a hard time making up my mind. I would have bought several but not at 20$ each just because I didn't want to buy the other two high priced skin care products the sales boy slapped on the table. The original price of $13 was quite high. The sales boy was not surprised when I told him to have a nice day and left without buying anything. At that point, he knew he had lost the sale and left me really wondering about how they expect to do any business with that kind of wild fluctuation in prices and lack of social skills with potential customers. I continued down the mall to stores where I felt respected, welcomed, safe, and happy about making several soap purchases.

They always have people outside handing out soap samples. If you fall into their trap and take one, they will offer to "package" your soap in some paper towel. What they are really trying to do is lure you into their store to try to sell you on some overpriced items. I was sat down in a chair and told to expose what my biggest insecurity is. When I said I didn't know, the man said "well, I would say your pores are way too big."Then he tried to sell me on some expensive skincare routine and I was pretty turned off from the whole experience and just desperate to leave at that point. I can't wait until this store is gone from the mall!

Don't allow them to lure you into their den; they are criminals and will use your credit card for purchases you didn't buy especially if you are elderly.

I purchased the white musk salt scrub and body butter cream, after having a demonstration on my hands. Loved the product at the store, after the demonstration. The next day I opened the product and found that it was a totally different texture from that in the demonstration. Was totally disappointed. It was not the same product. Will not buy this again. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
