Dishonest, Dishonest, Dishonest!! Never ever get any service from this store or you will be fed up with frustration. I went to the store on Feb.11,2019 because my note book won't start after I got software updated. The guy told me that my notebook hard drive were damaged and he offered me a service to replace a 120 G hard drive, then transfer all data back to notebook and quoted for $100. I agreed. To my surprise, when I back to store to pickup the fixed notebook, he told me that he couldn't transfer the data back to the newly installed hard drive because its would spend to much time, and suggest me spend extra $20 to buy an adapter from him to connect my original hard drive to access my content. I was very upset and paid him $120 left the store. After checked with some computer experts a few days later, I was told that my original hard drive was perfectly fine, the problem actually was a software issue. I was shocked that I spent $120 to install a garbage like 120 G Hard drive and made my original 500 G became a movable. I would never go to this store if I had checked this store's reputation, from google you will easily find that this store has been put on red flag by consumer for long time.
