According to your advertisement you are suppose to refill prescriptions automatically and call when prescription is ready. Well this system does not work, My wife as a prescription for some control substances and every time we are suppose to get it refilled problems occurs. They do not call, If the doctor has to be called then there is a feud from doctor and pharmacy to who send it first and who received the prescription and we are in the middle of this mess. This prescription is critical, you cannot go several days without it without any behavioral problems. As for last example, among many others: last prescription was done the 27 of May, so my wife called on the 26 to renew, but nobody answered, she called next day, same thing, next day again, same thing. Finally she was able to get somebody on the phone on the 2nd of July. Prescription was suppose to be ready on the 4th of July. Well, today we are on the 5th of July and prescription, not ready yet. Maybe tomorrow. Well, let see, so far she has been out of the prescription for 9 days! This is not acceptable! My wife if not well and his behavior is altered. You have a system that automatically is suppose to fill a prescription and/or call the doctor then why we have to call to get a refill? Something is wrong here! Somebody is not doing is job or somebody is playing stupid and it is not me. Clean up your act and do the job you are suppose to do. We are in the 21st century and computers are there to help, damn, use them correctly and let this stupid mechanism to work properly! If it broken, fix it. If it is in-properly programmed, let somebody who knows how to program to fix it. Something has to be done. This way you are causing arm to people who depends on it. Shame on you. A very unsatisfied customer.
