In view of the pandemic situation I refuse to enter your establishment. I am confident you concur with my decision. Meanwhile, how do I do business banking with your branch? It is an impossibility with your current telephone firewall in place. Your current system asks me to talk to a voice instructed computer in the first place. That is an insult to me. Since I do not know the name(s) of any of your staff I am not able to move around the firewall ... even when I use a fictitious xt number I am stymied. No one has returned my calls nor has there been e-mail response. This is a discussing way to deal with the public. If the American banks only knew how terrible it is dealing with some of the Chartered banks they would quite willingly entered the marketplace. Regrettably, it is only a short time before that actually happens, but it will. Have someone with a pulse call me. I have some questions needing answers.
