Terrible customer service, terrible quality furniture. The owner won't even acknowledge their customers. They take cash so there is no real record of any transaction.I would assume they are providing false information to the CRA. The salesperson and owner seem to be comfortable cheating and being rude to their customers.They sell Ashley Furniture, if this is the type of company Ashley Furniture uses then I would never buy from them either.

Don't go there to waist time and money .You will pay ahead for something and that never been delivered to you. This store is scam and police need to do investigation ..no one gets their stuff nor money returns

Worse experience ever - fishy business ... | by  on Apr 04, 2022

I purchased a set of furniture from them back in October 2021 and haven't receive it as of today. It supposed to be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks and after almost 5 months no update from them. Last time I went to the store she told me the company they ordered the furniture from closed down and took their money etc. and now they are ordering my furniture from some other sources. I will take legal action if there is no update within next few days.

I purchases my sofa bed on October 14th 2021 and its been delayed till now , more than 4months. Still didn't receive it . I will be forced to take legal action with this Sean's furniture Gallery Store. If they can not supply than they should refund the money.The lady shobha is very rude..this is my recent situation.i took floor model that also after 1 month I got, she has multiple reasons.Delivery person are also not good .very worst experience.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Shoba is the rudest person and for someone in the sales business doesn’t make any sense to me. I can’t believe this store is still in business. I’d stay away and never shop here. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere. Unfortunately I can’t put a 0 star rating.

This store has very nice selection of furniture, I ordered a console table, there was a small delay of a couple of days. I understand there is delays as we are in the Covid-19 pandemic. Overall i’m very happy with my purchase and I will return for more furniture. Thank You.

I purchases my sofa bed on October 14th 2020 and its been delayed till now , more than 3 months. Still didn't receive it . I will be forced to take legal action with this Sean's furniture Gallery Store. If they can not supply than they should refund the money.Those who like to join me . My phone # is 4167358248. No one has returned my call . No one can take your money without giving your furniture, I ask all the people to do the same.You can claim for your days off to attend the small claims court, Your furniture money and legal fees. You can do it yourself without lawyers assistant. Or you can do it online without going to court.If one store is closed than you can sue the other locations.

If you want to pay money and not receive your furniture, also get the most unpleasant experience deal with the lady named Shoba she has no customer service skills and very rude, we have purchased furniture and the delivery date was on December 2nd after the date of the delivery and after many calls to the store I received a call from a block number and she was yelling at me and told I have no choice no delivery and no refund, this lady should learn how to lessen and stop shouting and not to deal with client at all, I just filed complaint with the consumer protection on the website of ministry of customer services, I advice if you have the same issue with them to file a complaint, Don’t wast your money to spend on this store

was ask to go to the bank and pay cash which i did ,do not make this mistake then was told it would take 4to6 weeks that was ok just before my 6 weeks was up went to the store to see when the delivery was happening was told ithey still have a week left ,that comes no furniture called again now i was told they didn,t have the wood to make the frame 2 more weeks go by now i am told somebody got covid mean while i should have had my furniture 3 weeks ago i,ve told them i have no furniture which i don,t im a senior but none of this seems to matter they got my money what a mistake plus thet don.t refund or allow u to cancel

The lady named Shoba was very friendly and able to give me a very good price for a sectional that was found at other furniture stores. The stuff here look beautiful! It took about 2 weeks to get my furniture after placing the order, which was excellent. keep up the good work! More satisfied customers should be leaving comments here!

This establishment is disrespectful. The stuff they sell are not authentic. Because it was stated that they weren’t the employee (lady with red hair and glasses) began to swear and curse at us because of that. Calling us many derogatory names. This store should not be in business. Terrible customer service.

I bought a dining set and a twin bed from this store and within a week the bed rails broke while my son was sleeping. I was told the material is genuine (lie). The chairs couldn't be screwed together as the screws are incorrect. (Too much to mention). Go somewhere else and spend your money.

They deliver damaged products and dont help at all.they dont accept their fault,the wood they use is cheap as well they claim its canadian made and dupe the customers. The management is worse,no available delivery guys..for the price you pay here you can get the same thing at ikea or other furniture store with guarantee and warranty for a couple of years. Dont visit the shop its a waste of time

I regret the purchase of bedroom set already because they delivered damaged bed.and now after 30 days of purchase the wood has chipped off because of dampness..dont get fooled by the manager or dont get trapped by the way she talks,she is a rude woman who doesnt pick up my calls to provide solutions to the problems of the furniture sold by her gallery..once again if the owner is heraing this call me back and provide ys with a solution..the wood quality is sooooo bad thaf it isn’t worthy to shop at this store.waste of money!!! Ms.shobha i wont stop commenting unless you provide me with a solution

I wanted to buy a bed set and came across this store.firstly they delivered the bed set after 2 weeks from the date of delivery citing reasons as its holiday time,the delivery truck broke down,there are no drivers available. They asked me to pick it up as they couldnt do anything..anyhow i waited then they called me up and said that they dont have the choice of colour available and they would deliver the set in the same basic brown colour. Uptil now i have compromised on the colour of my choice and late delivery. Finally when it got delivered,they delivered to me in damaged condition which i immediately brought it to the attention of the delivery man,he said that the corner damage of the bed wont matter. I called the store manager who keeps shouting on me and never attends my calls to provide me with a solution and she rudely hangs up the phone saying i dont have an answer for this and i cant provide any solution now. Later on she pins the blame on me saying that the delivery guys had no help with the delivery so she cant help with the damaged product. I told her that its the delivery man’s job to deliver it properly and not a womans job to help the delivery guys. Now im stuck with the damaged bed and not the store manager is concerned or the owner of the store. I would never recommend this place to anyone,zero on customer satisfaction and zero for humanity. They just talk well till the sale happens. If the owner of this store reads this review then i would advice him/her to close the store rather than such people working at the store.one star because i dont have zero as on option.
