This is a review for the Blackwell Supply Co. in your Mississauga (SQUARE ONE location). My husband & I love to shop at your store for accessories, shoes and shoe cleaning supplies. The first time we shopped there - we bought 3 or 4 sets of laces for my husband's Air Jordan 1s. The sales associate (I forgot his name but he was very kind and helpful) and sold us Crep Protect spray and cleaner (brush) plus he brought out the whole container of laces where we can choose the laces from and we were happy with our experience with him. Today, we came back to your location, Square One, looking into buying more laces and some more products from Crep. **Our first query was about the laces, we were looking into buying more products however, we were displeased as how we were entertained and how this sales associate answered back to us** We were in your store at around 5-5:30 pm today, Oct. 6th. She was wearing a black dress, together with another sales associate in a red dress. I did not get their name but I assume you will be able to recognize who these associates working on this time & day. They told my husband that HE SHOULD GO TO NIKE STORE INSTEAD IF HE WAS LOOKING FOR LACES. They handed us 3 samples of whatever they had. I understand that these may be the only laces available but the way they answered us and entertained us was very DISMISSIVE AND WITH AN ATTITUDE. As if they were not willing to help us out or was not interested to help us out. My husband & I left, but came back after a minute or so.. I asked the girl in the black shirt (long hair) if she had more coming in stock or if it is possible to see more options from that box if she had any, she gave me this look with an attitude and said "what do you mean? that's all i have." the girl in the red dress just walked out in the middle of this conversation. So I said, "okay thanks a lot." this lady in black, did not even respond nor acknowledge the fact that she was not of any help. She just grabbed the laces and ignored me, again with ATTITUDE. If these sales associates are not in a good mood, or having a bad day, they should not take it on their customers. I, too, work in the service of the public but I do my best not to show this disrespectful and demeaning attitude towards them regardless of how distasteful their attitude towards me is or how bad my day was. I am hoping neither of these 2 sales associates at this location are part of the management team - it is quite disappointing. I was looking forward to a positive outcome towards dropping by your store today after work but only to end up disappointed with the kind of attitude and dismissive customer service my husband & I experienced. I rarely write reviews but I just had to. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
