My daughter had been shopping at the square one location last week when she was in a changing room trying clothing on for her upcoming trip down south. She had been with a friend of the family when she started crying from the change room in pain. Discovered she had stepped on a security pin that had been laying on the floor - wether or not it had come off a piece of clothing she was trying or was lying on the floor.. bottom line the pin had pierced her foot. We dealt with management - they apparently reported the incident. The day after my daughter landed the doctors office as she had an up coming trip - we had the doctor check it out and had to get follow up treatment to make sure she didn’t have an infection. I have followed with with management and the district manager - they have taken zero measures to reach out to us. Not only has a little girls health been affected, they obviously do not value their customers.
