I went to payless photocopy copy and there was this lady who took my photos, she was very kind to me and my children. She had a little rattle to get their attention for the picture. She had good customer service, dispite what everyone says I will go to payless photocopy to get my passport photo. I recommend u do too.

He is a very rude, disgusting and disrespectful person. I now have so much hatred in my heart for this man. I went the august 1, 2018 to take a passport photo,the picture was so dark, my posture was terrible, this man did not say anything, just took the picture printed it and hand it to me an charged me $18.. Later that day I went with my friend to Jane and finch to take hers Passport photo, it was bright and beautiful for half the price 10 dollars and we got to take a group picture for free. so I went back to Payless photocopy to show him my friends photo compared to mine, this man told me he would not take a new photo and I should leave.. I was so mad I starting yelling and told any customer that came to his store to leave and go to shoppers drug mart or Jane and finch. I told him as long as I live he will not get any customer.

The owner of this place is a very very miserable person! You can feel the tension as soon as you walk in. It almost looks like he is upset that you are there to bother him. He does not smile and is very rude to even the nicest people. i am sure he could make more money if he was a little happier in his life. Poor guy. He charged me 9 dollars for a fax 3 pgs and 2 photocopies and when I questioned why it was so much he told me to do the math and said he doesn't care what I think he is just there to make money. It seems as though he losses customers so he puts up his prices to make up for the money he losses when they don't come back. My advice is not to go there and waste your money but I am sure that with the rate he is going with customer service and his prices he won't last too long there! Hopefully, his poor service will continue so we can see a better store/person taking over that spot!

DO NOT adventure in taking your passport picture in this place, the guy just take your picture whatever, he is not professional all. He just make you to take a sit in a stool, and that's it. He doesn't help you if your chin is too lifted or too down, or if your eyes ate too dropping or if your shoulders are to forward that make your neck look sunken...he just doesn't care. If you claim that it is all wrong, he just ask you to pay again $18.00. Don't go there.
