I was told I should try meditation... I thought FINE... I will give it a try... so I stopped by for a Learn to Meditate class... I came back later in the day for another class... the next day I signed up for a membership... Drop the latte, go meditate ... it is about the same price - but you will feel so much better!! They even have a Points reward system!! This place is soothing, calming, quiet, peaceful and so clean and welcoming!! I can't get over how much calmer my days are since I started meditating!! I had never done it before and it has been about 3 weeks... I could not go back to not meditating. I hope to see you there - come as you are - leave refreshed and rejuvenated! Meditation is the new Vacation!!
