My wife and I ordered takeout. Told it would be ready in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later our order was ready. Food was expensive ,portions were small and food was terrible. First and last time we get food from there.

Ordered the southwestern benny. Waited nearly 30 minutes for food to arrive. The food looked as though it had sat for some time. The plate was very warm to the touch so i was deeply disappointed when i put the first bite in my mouth only to realize that my food was cold. I sent the food back to kitchen and they said they would replace it but i didn't feel like waiting another 30 minutes so I cancelled my order.

So my family has ordered about 15 times from St Thomas, and have never had our food made right. We found out this is apparently because we used the London menu for the St. Thomas location. So last time we got a menu a was assured we would have no more issues. Tonight I paid $16.95 for Brooklyn Spaghetti and Meatballs, described as "seasoned meatballs atop a bed of pasta with our meaty tomato sauce". So I ordered it expecting a bolognese sauce as opposed to a flat marinara. I got a disgusting marinara. When I called to ask about my meat, I was told there is NO meat in the "meaty" sauce, they CALL it a meaty sauce because its a thick sauce. This is extremely deceiving and makes me hate the $16.95 price. I was so excited to get a Dennys, and it has been a horrible disappointment. London location much better! I would MUCH RATHER drive 15 mins to the Flying J then order in town again

I had the Philly cheese omelet-so delicious, very moist and the has browns were done perfectly. My husband had the hamburger and fries, he said it was really good. Both give it a 5 star. So glad they opened one in St. Thomas.
