Disgraceful incident at Fortinos Eastgate Mall. Shopping at Fortios at the register I had 2 orders first one paid with debit,.2nd order I realized my scarf had fallen from my jacket. 4 employees standing doing notbing I asked for help to finf my scarf on one of the isles. Iwalked to customer service and was jumped by a datk haired woman .she wrezlefd my cart away saying I had not paid,polite casheir came to me said my card ha not went thru..for2n

There is no comparison with the Walmart grocery experience. Unfortunately Walmart is much closer to my house but I will support Fortinos more and more because of the way they process your order and make sure that the substitutions are acceptable while they gather your order, not after the fact, when you pick it up like Walmart does. If you don’t like Walmart substitution, you have to go without the item even though there could have been other substitution choices, but it’s impossible to add it now.

Dear Mike Rozenberg, thank you very much for making available curb-side pick up for your customers. I have used this service twice: April 24 and May 8. In my most recent visit (May 8), I had to wait 15-20 minutes while your staff prepared my order. Since the theme of this COVID-19 world is "WAIT", I didn't mind one bit. The two young ladies that brought our order to the car were very apologetic. I couldn't use my credit card that I usually do but had to pay with debit. No problem. They even gave me a $25.00 gift card for my inconvenience. Thank you very much and keep offering this service for elderly people like my wife and me who are self isolating, yours sincerely, Dan Smith
