One particular employee needs to work on her customer service. Whether it's just the way speaks or not I don't know but she certainly does not speak with a tone that's always friendly. I understand that she's going by the book and wants to give the proper instructions to the customers but she sounded very condescending at times. Not all of us are aware of new rules for sending parcels overseas. Sometimes, the city's name can be spelt differently depending on how it's pronounced. And yet, the employee made it sound like I didn't even know the proper spelling of the city. I was just trying to be helpful by trying out a different spelling for her to check. I commend the other younger employee who came out and tried to help me out. She was trying her best to be understanding and helpful. I am not expecting employees to bend rules or go out extra miles to do things for the customers. Just be courteous the way you'd want to be treated the next time you go to a store yourself.
