Alan is incredibly helpful and will spend as much time as it takes to make sure your shoes or boots are the best fit and quality for your specific needs. For example, I had to find winter boots in which my orthotic insoles would fit. Alan took a great deal of time finding just the right pair for me. Ne vous donne pas la chance d'essayer plusieurs souliers. Ce proprio vendeur est de loin le plus impoli et impatient rencontré. Si vous regardez sans acheter il devient très frustré et impatient. Choix de chaussures plutôt laides et de mauvaise qualité. Je suis surprise de voir cet endroit encore ouvert avec un service aussi minable.

I bought Olang boot in Jan2019. This Feb2020 I experienced wet left foot to realize the sole had a split. I consulted with the shoe store owner and he solved the issue within less than a week.
