I was shocked to learn when informed by customer service that this store garbages all food returns whether in unopened packages or canned goods. Maybe everything should be thrown out before it reaches the aisles as it is handled by staff to replenish the shelves so why would canned goods be thrown in the garbage. This is an outrage. Adding to the destruction of the environment. A change in policy is definitely needed.

I’ve always found the staff easy to approach, very pleasant and helpful. Customer service very efficient and pleasant. Shelves don’t stay empty for very long. Good selection throughout store and less expensive than most stores.

We were in the store on June 3 and you want people to sanitize your hands when you come in the store we’ll just have a look at the machine at the door it is just filthy people should be afraid to use it. I mentioned it to the lady counting people coming in her response was the cleaning crew was to clean them but didn’t. Well I think she could get her butt off the chair and clean it. I am just wondering where and the heck is the store manager .

Worst store in regina to shop during covid. Tired to place an order by phone and was told to go online. When i went there it said oil not available online call store to place order for pickup. Tried that again this time was told you have to come in on wednesday this was sunday. Unbelievable. Whatever happened to customer service
