They ordered the wrong bed, been working over a week to get this fixed. The bed is horrendous that neither my partner or I can sleep on it. Go somewhere else as it seems their screwing up orders is common and not doing anything about it.

Bought leather couch and leather power loveseat. Waited a month for delivery. Which was fine because I knew it would take awhile. But when delivered they did not send special power cord so was unable to recline loveseat. So I called customer service and told them I would go pick it up at store. I was told they did not have any such power cord in any store or warehouse in Saskatchewan or Manitoba and said they would call manufacturer ( Paliser) about it .So 3 days later I call back and was told it would take over a month to get power cord. Wanting to speak to manager I was told I could not speak to one because it wouldn't help , they just dont have any cords. Thinking this cant be, a big company like Dufresne and Ashley (which is same company as Dufresne ) not having a simple power cord , i kept pressuring and sure enough they admitted they had one and made me drive in from my home in Martensville to there Saskatoon store to get it. After spending close to $6000 on the couch and loveseat this is the treatment I received from them. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Purchased couch, love seat and chair in March 2019. I have had 3 separate problems with the loveseat, a technician has been out numerous time to asses, fix, assess and the last time try and jimmy something instead of fixing it properly. I have taken several hours/ days off of work as a result. I called the 1-800 number once to discuss and the guy hung up on me... the customer!! If it were not for customers he wouldn’t have a job. This is September and I still do not have my love seat fixed. The service has been very disappointing and I would not recommend buying from Dufresene or Ashley unless you have have a lot of patience and a lot of time to take off of work to spend with technicians.
