Very disappointed with service. I purchased a 43" colour tv. Got it mounted. paid $ 299.99 for installation. simple connections. Small holes drilled. No fishing of wires through the dry wall or anything complicated. The wires hung from one side of the tv. The next day I called them if one of their techs can come and connect the new high speed hdmi cable to the tv. Very simple i had forgotten about them . It only required them to connect to the back of the tv. i could not do it. No fishing in the wall...i was going to connect all the other attachments such as the next box e.t.c. all myself. A1 vedio shocked me when they said that it would cost me additional $150.00 or less to come back again !! I was willing to pay $50.00....they refused. Very poof service. I will never buy a tv from them.
