I'll never shop here again. They must have too many clients to have treated me and partner the way they did. They break the law and use "policy" as an excuse. They can also be more polite about it, but they were rude, belligerent, hypocritical and intolerable. I even tried calling back to speak with the manager and they were even worse to me on the phone. As a business owner myself, I'm embarrassed for them. I NEVER treat my clients that way.
