On Feb. 21/26 I went into Birks at Chinook Centre Calgary. I was looking for diamond stud earrings. After being in the store for about 15 minutes and not being acknowledged I decided time to go. This is not the Birks I used to shop at. The Birks I remember had great service but was disappointed. There were no other customers in the store so it is not as if the staff were run off their feet. I will be looking for my earrings else where.
