Bryan's required pre-payment of my daughter's grad dress. When it came it had a crooked zipper. They would not refund - exchange only. We tried every dress in the store. My daughter was extremely stressed. Finally they agreed to give us a credit note. We came back to the store to try to spend it on a Christmas/New Year's outfit. Found the doors chained shut. Have tried for, literally, years to get the money Bryan's owes us.
