The return policy here is terrible. After buying a refrigerator, I found some issues with it the next day. I requested a replacement because the poor quality of the product and some other issues that caused by their installation but they didn't even assist with the replacement and instead the advised me to touch base with Whirpool and they still unable to resolve the problem.... I truly regret purchasing the fridge from them,
